TV-to-Scope Converter
You may have been seeing a VGA-to-Scope projet, but this is a “spin-off” from the VGA-to-Scope converter, it take in composite video rather than VGA to display on an oscilloscope. Also, many of the circuits that makes the VGA-to-Scope converter very rugged and flexible for many oscilloscopes have been simplified or omitted. The buffers and inverters on the outputs of the ramp generators have been removed, although some sort of buffer would be recommended for the outputs.
