The burner is built on Veroboard and can be constructed very cheaply.You’ll need at least a 386 with 4 Megabytes of RAM, running MS-DOS (or equivalent), Windows 95, Windows 98, or OS/2. To read and write EPROMs, the parallel port should support one of the bi-directional protocols.
